I love the way they were all rubber or plastic and didn't contain any metal parts.

Unfortunately the wiper motor was on; when the wiper arm began to move it twisted and broke the rather flimsy plastic tabs holding the blades to the wiper arm. These sounded so promising, I have a 2001 X5 which blades are listed as correct for that design. I just squirt the ground with some method Wood Permanently Flooring Care Cleaner, 25-Ounce Bottle (pack of six), attach a cloth to the Swiffer head, and mop. Because small strings from other wash products can get caught in the Zwipes fibers and it is really, really, and I mean really, hard to get them out.
It proved helpful for windshield chip repair but after a number of month it began to streak. The normal automotive microfiber towel is really a 16" X 16" at 350GSM, the final 50 GSM make a big difference.
The price cost savings from not purchasing chemical substances covers these alone. I've got a 2008 Mercury Milan and bought sizes 19" and 24". Simplest to set up wipers at any time too It is slick-looking, it really works fantastic, however it just does not fairly match my Buick. Along with these I purchased the Monster ScreenClean Display Cleaning Kit. The end result is a superior screen which makes my gaming and movie (and internet browsing) experiences a lot more enjoyable. The dust these things pick up is exceptional. Costco has similar cloths for those who like to compare. To date the Bosch Evolution All-Season Bracketless are the most useful substitute wipers I've ever purchased. There about a 6"x6" square of untouched water close to the bottom of my windshield. They're lint free. With one of these, all that crud just vanishes into the cloth. A lot better than paper towel. This may be obvious to some who know about car windshield repair however I forgot.
They are simple to set up and therefore are 'like new' after all types of climate exposure.
I used them to thoroughly clean basins and coffee tables. After I began using them, it was extraordinary to see precisely how well these little wonder cloths worked on everything. We use them for everything from vehicles to windows to tile and just about anything else you can imagine.

After a few months of use they still work perfectly and perform as marketed, even with a windshield chip repair. I've attempted a number of different wipers on my small blazer and these are the first ones that actually work good on my windshield chip repair windshield.
