Reduced Streaking And Much Quieter - Vancouver Auto Glass Review

By Justin Stewart

I am not a large Vancouver auto glass wiper aficionado, but I figured what the heck.

I purchased two sets of these for a 2005 Nissan Maxima.

Driver's side is okay. At each and every traffic light which was red, I'd wait until the wiper was up, turn the vehicle off and reach out and bang the blade to clear the ice. I've also used them during snow storms and they work perfectly.

I truly should have switched for this sort of design sooner. They are excellent auto body Vancouver wiper blades and I've now installed them on my cars and my parents' cars, too. Easy to set up, fit the windshield fantastic.

I recommend them.

24" and 21" are the correct combination.

As I mentioned we have high winds in Illinois and I haven't had a single trouble with blades "lifting" from the windshield. The only real bad thing is on Vancouver auto glass, the outer couple inches from the passenger-side blade doesn't make contact with the windshield when in the "OFF" place, as noted in a prior post. The ice used to block up my old blades making them ineffective, but this Bosch style somehow avoids this problem.

The wipers clean your window great, and appear to be fine at highway speeds, however they flex a lot more than metal-frame ones and chatter after every stroke, that is getting kind of annoying. Tried them on the road to determine how they'd handle the wind plus they did a great job hugging the window. I discovered this performance advantage on window pane replacement well worth the extra cash, and I'll certainly buy those again in fall. They immediately froze up and created an uncleared area in the center of my vision. It wipes cleanly and chatter or miss spots.

However, there might be an opportunity that the wiper size is not correct, and if I were to buy a blade 2" shorter, it might correctly rest by itself against the windshield and never streak. On the merchandise says "eligible free of charge Super Saver Shipping" however when you take a look at, it's not going to let you choose.

I figured these would be much better than the $5 ANCO ones however they are not. Save yourself the problem of searching and merely buy these. They lasted about six months and I expect to get 12-18 months from these. Recommended, plus they work great.
